perscrīptiō
   perscrīptiō ōnis, f    [perscribo], a writing down, entry, official record : perscriptionum et liturarum adversaria: illud senatūs consultum eā perscriptione est, ut, etc., i. e. of such a tenor.—A making over by writing, assignment, payment by draft : pactio perscriptionibus facta.
